1. Holiday Dates
- Holiday: May 1 (Friday) to May 6 (Wednesday), 2026 (6 days).
- Back to work: May 7 (Thursday), 2026.
2. Services During Holiday
- Solution Consultation: Open – free proposals for packaging equipment and lines.
- Emergency Support: Remote service – existing customers can contact their account manager.
- Factory Visits: Suspended – resumes May 7.
- Shipments: Suspended – resumes May 7, dispatched in order sequence.
3. Shipping Plan
- Last shipment before holiday: April 30. Equipment that has passed commissioning will be dispatched. Please complete factory acceptance in advance to coordinate transport.
- First shipment after holiday: May 7. Orders shipped in sequence to clear the backlog quickly.
- Custom projects: Full production resumes May 7. Project managers will update you on progress.
4. Notice
Please travel safely during the holiday. For any equipment adjustments or new plans, early contact is recommended so we can arrange everything promptly after the holiday.
