It combines multi-lane packaging with a dedicated counting system to automatically count, fill, and seal products into individual sachets. The machine is particularly suitable for mixed-flavor candy packs, pill and tablet combination packs, nutrient combination packs, and counted granule sachets.

Four individually controlled vibratory counting channels can simultaneously handle candies or pills of different colors, flavors, or types, counting them accurately into one sachet to create innovative mix packs.
Running at up to 50 cuts per minute, the machine forms flat, attractive 3 side seal sachets with excellent moisture and oxygen barrier properties, prolonging shelf life.
The process is fully continuous—from Z-elevator loading, chain bucket distribution, and vibratory counting to sachet forming, filling, sealing, cutting, and conveying, significantly reducing manual handling.
The PLC with color touchscreen stores multiple packaging recipes; operators can recall settings for bag length, count quantity, and sealing temperature with one touch, ideal for multi-SKU short-run production.
The intuitive touchscreen displays production data, counting status, and fault alerts, making operation straightforward and reducing dependence on highly skilled labor.
The main structure is made of stainless steel 304, with sloped surfaces for easy cleaning. A safety platform with ladder and guardrails provides ergonomic access for operation and maintenance.
Counting units, sealing jaws, and cutting assemblies are quickly removable for cleaning and maintenance. Extra modules like checkweighing, vision inspection, or metal detection can be seamlessly integrated.
