Equipped with full servo control, the machine optimizes four-side sealing processes for seamless coordination of pouch forming, filling, and cutting. Servo-driven mechanisms adapt to varying film tensions, minimizing material waste, especially for leak-prone sauces and high-viscosity pastes.
The gradient temperature-controlled sealing system adjusts pressure and heat based on film properties, achieving smooth, wrinkle-free seals. Non-stick coated sealing jaws prevent adhesion of sticky substances (e.g., jam, hair conditioner), ensuring uninterrupted production.
