Four-sided sealing technology creates airtight, leak-proof packages. Independent temperature control for each sealing surface ensures perfect closure across all packaging materials. The precision cutting system delivers clean edges without material residue—no material residue or particle entrapment. Ideal for detergent powders and moisture-sensitive granules.
Our patented metering technology delivers ±0.3% weight accuracy through direct servo control. Each lane can be controlled independently, allowing customized settings for different products. This eliminates material waste while ensuring consistent dosing – especially crucial for challenging materials like detergent powders.
Integrated film frame with automatic tension control maintains perfect registration. The photoelectric tracking system continuously monitors and corrects web alignment, ensuring stable bag formation even at high speeds. Quick-change film design minimizes downtime between production runs.
PLC-based touchscreen interface allows rapid parameter adjustments without tool changes. Modify bag length, sealing parameters, and filling settings digitally.
