The automatic four-side-seal multi-lane sachet packing machine for ketchup was purchased by a Spanish customer. In addition to ketchup, it can also be packaged such as mayonnaise, sesame sauce, salad dressing, mustard sauce, and other sauce products. The equipment is equipped with an automatic cleaning system. After the customer finishes the packaging work, the barrel will be automatically cleaned to start the next job. And we also set up procedures according to customer requirements. A few seconds are reserved for a temporary shutdown after reaching the set production volume, and this number of seconds can also be adjusted on the touch screen.

At present, this set of automatic ketchup four-side-sealed sachet packing machines has been designed, produced and processed, assembled and debugged, factory inspection, delivery and transportation, and has now arrived at the customer’s factory and put into production.
