What is the Auger Filler Operation System?
The Auger Filler Operation System is a filling and metering system used in conjunction with powder packing machines. It is suitable for filling powder products, such as milk powder, MSG, solid drink, white sugar, dextrose, coffee, fodder, solid medicine, pesticides, powder and granular additives, dyes, washing powder and so on.
The structure of the Auger Filler Operation System
The Auger Filler Operation System is composed of a servo filling system, a mixing system and a lifting system. It mainly consists of the following components:
Filling the servo motor：Controlled by the encoder, and feedback the detected information to the controller to control the position, so as to achieve high-precision stop. Simply put, when the required weight is reached, the screw metering machine automatically stops feeding and waits for the next round of packaging.
Mixing motor: Control the stirring action of the Auger Filler Operation System
Material feed port: The extracted powder material enters the inside of the Auger Filler Operation System from here
Vent：To prevent material problems in confined spaces
Material level port: Used to sense how much material there is in the Auger Filler Operation System to avoid extracting too much material
Lifting column: Responsible for supporting each structural component
Lifting crank: Can control the lifting and lowering of the Auger Filler Operation System
Filing outlet: The discharge from here is also the connection port of the auger. Generally, the corresponding outlet can be replaced according to different filling specifications.
